Getting Error - While browsing my MS_Learn account

Question

Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application 'c0ab8ce9-e9a0-42e7-b064-33d422df41f1' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Please use a different account.
