Windows 11 Pro Offline activation

Hi Gents,

We want to activate Windows 11 Pro without connecting the machine to the internet (offline activation). Is there any way, like using Slui 4 in Windows 10?

If you have problems activating online or don't have an internet connection, you can activate by phone.

Please note:

If you’re using a digital license (especially one that’s automatically tied to your hardware, as is common with OEM installations), the activation process might differ or require an Internet connection. The offline phone method works best if you’re entering a conventional retail product key.
