I have changed phones and now cannot access authenticator app as I no longer have my old phone? As its for a work email and not a Microsoft account I have no back up. What can I do to access authenticator on my new phone. Many thanks Ray.

I have the same issue but i'am the administrator and still i can't acess my account because a have a new phone and i forgot to make a backup of the orlder.

Did you ever figure out a solution?
If you are using a work account, only the administrators of the account can help. You MUST transfer your authenticator secrets to the new phone prior to getting rid of the old phone. Alternatively, you can save the QR codes as PDFs or jpegs to you can scan them again in the future. Without those secrets, you're out of luck.
