Restrict file type while uploading in ssrs

Hi, I am using SSRS and giving sysadmin permission to the user so that they can upload reports but with that they can also enable cmd prompt. Can you help me with file type restrictions during upload in SSRS through that the user can upload only rdl,jpg and text files.

    Referring from this doc: Server properties Advanced page.

    Start SQL Server Management Studio, connect to a report server instance, right-click the report server name, and select Properties. Select Advanced to open this page.

    Go to AllowedResourceExtensionsForUpload. Set extensions of resources that can be uploaded to the report server.
