Hi,

We have several SSIS 2014 packages that were developed using Visual Studio 2013.

I recently installed Visual Studio 2019 on my laptop, which runs Windows 11 Enterprise. I also installed 'Microsoft.DataTools.IntegrationServices' from the Visual Studio 2019 marketplace. The installed version of SSIS is V4.6.

After opening the SSIS package script task and attempting to execute the package, I encountered the following error message:

"There was an exception while loading Script Task from XML: System.Exception: The Script Task 'ST_7e64e2624b8949249430d048fc79991a' uses version 15.0 script that is not supported in this release of Integration Services. To run the package, use the Script Task to create a new VSTA script. In most cases, scripts are converted automatically to use a supported version when you open a SQL Server Integration Services package in %SQL_PRODUCT_SHORT_NAME% Integration Services."

Can someone provide a resolution for this issue?

Thanks,

Venu.
