Function app getting deleted

I am using Microsoft Azure in Microsoft Azure Sponsorship subscription. I want to create a function App function to handle events received from Eventgrid. But I am facing an issue where my function is getting deleted automatically after creation.

Can anyone help me with this?

Check the Activity Log in Azure Monitor to see what is deleting your Function App. Also, verify if any Azure Policies, Automation Rules, or Subscription Limits are causing automatic deletion.

Hey there, did you find any solution for this?? I am also getting the same issue, I created a function app, and after using a demo api for a while I then made some modifications in it and suddently the function disappeared.

Next I tried to create a test HTTP Trigger again but I got an error. and the function also got deleted itself.

When checked the Activity logs I didn't saw any deletion done from here?
