How to correct billing discrepancy
I am being billed for a charge that is not mine. Somehow, Microsoft has matched my first name with someone who lives in a different state and sent me an invoice for their account. I have been trying for hours to correct this. Instead of any resolution, I keep getting a past-due invoice. If I could talk to a real human, I could resolve this in a matter of minutes. Instead, I have spent an inordinate amount of time with AI powered question assistance and have not been able to resolve my issue. I am considering sending a bill to Microsoft for all of my time spent trying to take care of this issue.
