Misleading error upon completing School Data Sync (SDS) run?

Hi!

I could not find the appropriate tag, so a moderator can feel free to adjust it as needed.

I'm working with the SDS feature to create Teams/Classes for our students. We have a setup with Power Automate to upload CSV files automatically. We are only working users.cvs, classes.csv, orgs.cvs, roles.csv and enrollments.csv.

In one of the runs, it complained that a user in the users.cvs does not exist in our Azure tenant, which is correct because that particular user has been deprovisioned. However, we did remove that user in the users.csv file, and we also removed references to that user in other csv files. But now in all subsequent syncs, it still complains about that missing user. The SDS portal display contradicting messages saying "We found some issues with your data. We recommend reviewing your sync health.", but the "Sync health" box says "0 errors, 0 warnings".

How come is that? How do we get rid of that error? Have we missed something?

Regards, Kevin
