Not synchronize learning progress between Elevaite and Microsoft Learn

Question

I am currently taking part in the Elevaite 2025 program and have completed all the stages and received all the badges in the learning program stages in Microsoft Learn and fulfilled all the requirements in the training program, but when I checked the training progress in Elevaite I was still hampered by the display in the Progress Data menu which was not all completed and did not match the progress in Microsoft Learn which stated that I had completed all stages of the training program. Please help so that the Elevaite and Microsoft Learn training programs can be synchronized with the training program that I have completed, thank you
