Subject: Urgent: Unable to Access Microsoft 365 Admin Account Due to MFA Loop

Hi [Microsoft Support],

Our company manages clients across the U.S., and we are currently unable to access one of our client's Microsoft 365 accounts due to an unexpected Microsoft Authenticator requirement. Neither we nor the client ever set up the Authenticator app, yet the system is now prompting for an authentication code that we do not have.

We have attempted all possible recovery methods, but we are stuck in an authentication loop. When selecting "Sign in another way," the only option presented is to validate a code from the Microsoft Authenticator app, which was never configured for this account.

This issue is preventing access to all active subscriptions associated with this account, significantly impacting our operations.

We urgently need a resolution, such as: ✅ Resetting MFA for the accountDisabling the Authenticator requirementProviding an alternative authentication method

Please escalate this issue and provide guidance on how we can regain access as soon as possible. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Best regards,

Josh Rezaei
