How to recover account accidentally deleted from Authenticator app

Yesterday i was just visiting the authenticator app and login to Third Party account with Code. But accidentally i deleted account from Authenticator app and lost access to my account. Can anyone suggest me how i can restore my account to the Authenticator app.
