If you have access to multiple tenants, you may need to switch directories in the Azure portal. This can be done by selecting your profile at the top right of the page and choosing "Switch directory."
You can search for the invoice number in the Azure portal search bar to see if it is associated with a different subscription or billing profile.
If you still cannot find your billing account or subscriptions, consider creating a support request for assistance.
