Hi All,
A user has delegated access to a shared mailbox.
Recently some messages were sent to that shared mailbox but not showing up in the user's Outlook.
Those message are searchable but not opening.
I tried to convert the shared mailbox to a regular and delegate access from the mailbox itself but getting this error.
How to let the user to open those private messages in the shared mailbox?
