Authenticator app doesn't approve my sing in tries

Hi, I need help, I'm trying to sing in in me own device to access Outlook, how ever when the code is generated and the application sends the code, I try to approve the sing in attempt but then it states an "internal server error" what can I do? This is the message that appears : Correlation Id: 17f19560-3c0c-4a22-8906-3b517e96be46
