To troubleshoot the issue, please check the details below:
- Please refresh the cloud shell and try launching Cloud Shell again to see if the issue persists (Try browser with incognito mode).
- Check the Azure status page to see if there are any ongoing incidents or outages related to Cloud Shell region. https://azure.status.microsoft/en-us/status
- Ensure that the Network Contributor role is correctly assigned.
