Hello,

I have M365, in excel I copy/cut cells, but I do not see the dotted border around the cells, that shows these cells are copied/cut. I restarted many times, I try to find any setup, but nothing helped.

Do you know how to setup it?

Thanks!

    Hi @Balázs Szücs

Please start your Excel in safe mode for a check, safe mode can help us troubleshoot the COM add-ins.

    • Press Windows + R, type excel /safe, and press Enter.
    • If the dotted line appears in safe mode, please disable all COM add-ins.
    • Go to File > Options > Add-ins.
    • At the bottom of the window, set COM Add-ins the Manage dropdown, and then click Go.
    • Uncheck any active COM add-ins (you can always re-enable them later), click OK.

If this issue still occurs with Excel safe mode, please refer to Viorel's suggestion, perform an Online Repair for your Office.
