Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

Here's how to download the Windows Server 2019 ISO image:

1.Go to Microsoft Evaluation Center and expand the edition of Server 2019 you want to download.

Then under Start your evaluation, select the type of download you want to make (Azure, ISO, or VHD) and click Continue.
You'll then see a form. Fill it out and click Continue.
Select the language you want to download from the drop-down menu and click Download.

The edition is driven by the product key; so enter your key during the installation and you get the Standard instead of the Evaluation Edition.
