Schema setting missing in Purview DataSource for Databricks Unity Catalog

Hi Team,

I have the problem that I want to establish a connection to a Databricks Unity Catalog in Purview DataSource. So far so good, that has worked. However, I cannot assign a schema, which means I get all resources, including those I don't need. The funny thing is that I use Unity Catalog to get automatic lineage because I don't have this function under Hive. Now the lineage works, but I'm missing the schema filter criterion that I have under Hive. Can someone help me and explain how I can set a filter on the schema in Databricks Unity Catalog?

Currently, in Microsoft Purview, the ability to filter by schema while scanning Databricks Unity Catalog is not available in the same way as it is for Hive Metastore.

As a workaround, you may consider:

Using Managed Access Controls in Unity Catalog to restrict access to only the relevant schemas.

Applying custom metadata filters at the Purview level to manage resource visibility.
