How to fix Visual Studio JavaScript startup error

All of a sudden, VS gives the following JavaScript error at startup. There is no folder 'out' under '...\resources\app'. Any ideas for a fix?2025-03-19_10-10-51

    It seems that you should reinstall the Visual Studio Code:

    Perhaps more details can be found there, because Visual Studio Code is not Visual Studio.
