Microsoft authenticator delete on phone

Hello,

Following an error, the application Microsoft authenticator deleted on my phone and I have lost all accounts registrer in this.

I don't have other administrator accounts and I wish know how to do it for connect on my admin accounts or reset the authenticator on this accounts
