Unfortunately there is no dedicated SQL pool equivalent as of today in MSFT Fabric and there is no direct mapping between Fabric capacity and DWU of dedicated pool.
Based on what type of sink you are using and what transformation tools you are using ( dataflow gen 2 or notebook), your Fabric capacity can change.
So basically it is trial and error method wherein you start with a minimum capacity and gradually incrase across till you get the right capacity.
Ideally it is recommended to start with F64 capacity as that is the minimum capacity that supports all features and functionalities
