How to limit MFA requests when using apple mail with Microsoft3365

I use both Outlook and Apple Mail on different devices to access Microsoft365 mail. It seems I get MFA every day from my devices on Apple products, but not Outlook. How can I remedy this?

Conditional Access may include settings that enforce more MFA restrictions. Based on these policies, Apple Mail might be handled differently from Outlook. Check to see whether Apple Mail is subject to any conditional access policy that could lead to more frequent MFA requests.
It's possible that Apple Mail could not use the same modern authentication method. Check whether your Apple devices are properly registered and marked as trusted in your Microsoft 365 account settings. If you're using the "Remember MFA on this device" option in Outlook, this might not be happening with Apple Mail. Also, verify if your MFA settings in the Microsoft 365 portal (or via your admin) allow devices to remember MFA for a longer period.
