I have an azure tenant that I’ve been using for development and testing purposes. I’ve been logging in using the account [******@M365x88727211.onmicrosoft.com] for the past couple of years without issue.

Today, when I attempted to log into the portal using the above account, I received this message:

Sign-in failed

Error code: AADSTS5000224

Error message: AADSTS5000224: We are sorry, this resource is not available. If you are seeing this message by mistake, please contact Microsoft support. Trace ID: a271416a-6905-4b37-9894-2b2d93660300 Correlation ID: a2d67af4-7e38-467a-b731-e05b0dab80fe Timestamp: 2025-03-19 04:15:32Z

The Tenant ID is axxxxxxxxxx. The UPN is [adminXXXXX].

What are the next steps here?

    Hi @Jarrod Harvey

The reason that you are blocked because, it appears that authentication for your Azure tenant has been temporarily disabled due to a recent security incident.

To resolve this, we reached out to the Product Group team internally. Our Team unblocked/re-authenticated your tenant and thank you for your confirmation that you can be able to login to the azure portal.

Hope this helps. Do let us know if you any further queries.
