Cannot receive authenticator code on my device

Hi,

I was referenced here by a community member.

My issue is that I have an organizational account with MFA setup to my phone number, but I reinstalled the Microsoft Authenticator and can no longer receive codes on my phone. I know the organizational account's credentials, but I cannot approve the sign-in request.

I have called Microsoft Business Customer Support to reset my MFA, but that was 2 weeks ago and I haven't received a callback or update on my ticket. I am asking here whether any Microsoft Representative can help me prove that I am the organization owner so that I can reset my MFA and regain access to my account.

Any help that anyone can provide for achieving a solution is greatly appreciated!!
