Cluster Role: Cloud Management in failed state (10.2411.3.2) on Azure Local

Question

I have a situation where the Cloud Management role goes to a failed state after a few graceful restarts of the cluster. Not much help trying to restart the role or the node itself (This is a single node cluster with a cloud witness configured). I researched to see if this is a known issue, I haven't come across any Microsoft article or discussion forums talking about this particular issue. Is this a known issue, has anyone seen this on 2411.3.2?

Note: This is happening for the second time. I had to reinstall the cluster when it happened for the first time. But it appears to have come back again. image (2).png
