exam issues

Question

Today i had my exam in morning though i opted for English language i got questions in other language which is difficult for me to understand i asked the proctor and he immediately closed my exam raising a case. But now my scheduled exam has been closed. Do i need to pay again and again for same exam and mistake was done by them
