When we create a new VM to Azure Local via Windows Admin Center. the default path set to local node like below pic

But when i change the path to cluster volume, only VM configuration is changed but not for Virtual Hard Disk.

With the VHDD stored in local node path (C:\ProgramData) the vm will we visible in all nodes and can be failover if the source node down?
