I've saved my Powerpoint as a .ppsx file. I've shared a view only link to that file, and when the recipient clicks on the link it opens in Edit Mode, and not Display Mode.
How do I create a link so the file opens in Display Mode as expected?
I also want the Zoom features to function.
I don't really care if it opens in the browser, or in the app, but it needs to open in Display Mode, and have the Zoom functions working

BTW - I found some answers, but none that solve the problem completely. This might help some people, if you do not want to use Zoom, but simply want the url to open the file in Show and not Edit mode.

    1. open the file in the browser
    2. copy the URL and change the &action=edit&mobileredirect=true to &action=embedview
    3. share this new URL
    4. This will open the file in Show mode, but Zoom functions won't work
