This page
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/uwp/publish/setting-up-your-payout-account-and-tax-forms
says:

"In certain markets, developers can only submit free apps. If your account is registered in one of these markets, you will not have the option to set up a payout account."

But "certain markets" links to this page
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/uwp/publish/account-types-locations-and-fees#developer-account-and-app-submission-markets

where there is only a list of regions/markets that one can registered as developer in, but there's no info on which markets allow submission of paid apps and which only free apps. I remember there's a page that did provide such information but I cannot find it now. Could anyone shed some light on this?

    Hello,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

It's a strange behavior for the document. I'll consult the team about this to see if the attached link is unexpected.

Besides, Microsoft Q&A in under a public preview. Questions about publishing apps are not supported in Microsoft Q&A. Please ask publishing questions in the Submitting and Publishing Apps forum.

    Thank you.
