"Intelligence data from AI assisted features" Found in Metadata of Word Document

Hello all,

I work as an IT admin for a educational institution and a professor has recently brought to my attention that in the metadata of a word document a student submitted was the attached image.

We are both curious if the "Intelligence data from AI assisted features" came from the built in copilot tool or another AI text generating plug in.
