Need Technical Guidelines

Question

Dear Team, We are currently using the abccompany.com domain and plan to added another domain xyzcompany.com in the office365 portal and plan to migrate all the licenses from the primary domain to the secondary domain under a new tenant added. Currently, we have: 25 Business Standard licenses (24 assigned) 5 Defender Plan 1 licenses (3 assigned) Since we purchased these licenses just 1.5 months ago, we would like to confirm whether we can revoke and transfer these licenses to the new tenant. Kindly provide technical guidelines on the migration process and the steps involved in transferring the licenses, if applicable. Your assistance and guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
