PowerShell Script to Clear Microsoft Defender Endpoint Device Cache

Question

An application was uninstalled from a device, but Microsoft Defender under Vulnerability Management still shows traces of that application in the cache and registry paths. Is there a PowerShell script available to clear the cache of Microsoft Defender endpoint devices?
