Hi,
Do you want to remove OneDrive duplicate folder from File explorer?
Here are the steps you can follow:
- Open the Registry Editor, press
Windows Key + R
, typeregedit
, and press Enter. - Navigate to the following path:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Desktop\NameSpace
- Look for the OneDrive-related items. You should see two entries: one with your tenant name and another with a blank name. Delete the one with the blank name.
- Close and reopen File Explorer to see if the duplicate folder is gone.
Please NOTE: Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Before you modify it, please remember to back up the registry for restoration in case problems occur.
