Windows Server 2022 Essentials ROK for HP keeps rebooting on HPE Microserver Gen10 Plus V2

Hello,

I just bought a HPE Microserver Gen10 Plus v2, with two Samsung SSD's. I'm trying to install Windows Server 2022 Essentials ROK for Hewlett Packard Enterprise, but it either installs, and suddenly reboots after a few minutes, or it suddenly reboots during installation.

Any suggestions?

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

Based on the information you provided, I suggest you try the following methods to see if the problem can be solved:

    1. You can quickly press Shift+F10 to call up the command prompt. Enter regedit in the command prompt and press Enter to open the registry editor.
    2. Find the registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\SETUP\STATUS\ChildCompletion
    3. There is SETUP.EXE under ChildCompletion. Double-click it after finding it and change 1 to 3. After confirming, close the registry editor.
    4. Click OK in the error message box, the computer will automatically restart, re-parse the installation package and enter the installation system again.

I hope the information above is helpful.

    Best regards

    Zunhui
