Azure logic app outlook connection attempt unknown error

I recently purchased a basic office 365 business account (the cheapest one) and created an azure pay-as-you go account with it. I am trying to create a logic app that is triggered based off "When a new email arrives (V3)". However, when I try to sign in with my new office 365 account it attempts the OAuth flow (the sign in window pops up prompting me to select an account to sign in with) but after trying it returns an unknown error. I am not sure why. My logic app is based off the consumption plan and the only other thing I've done so far is create an app registration ie Azure is as it was out-the-box - I have not configured anything. The business account email is of the format ******@org.onmicrosoft.com. Any help diagnosing this problem is appreciated.

    Hi Osman Sultan

Thanks for reaching out on Microsoft Q&A!

Can you try to open an InPrivate browser session to see whether it works from there? Sometimes cache gets mixed up, blocking you from setting up the right connections. A clean browser session could help out in this case.
