Epson Printer Connection Issue on Windows 11: Driver Unavailable Error

I just upgraded my desktop PC to Windows 11 (64-bit), but I cannot add my Epson WF-3720 all in one printer to the computer, connected via USB cord. When I try to add the printer via the "Bluetooth and Devices-Printers and Scanners" page, I get an error message that says "Driver unavailable." Epson's website indicates the printer is compatible with Windows 11. I downloaded the drivers (FF-3720_Lite_NA) and there was a message that the driver installation was complete, but it didn't resolve the issue. I've rebooted my PC several times, and have powered the printer on and off. I've deleted the printer and tried to add it back with the same result. I've turned off the Microsoft firewall and my virus protection when I ran the installation. I ran Windows troubleshooter, and the results "Troubleshooting couldn't identify the problem." I'm able to connect my laptop (Windows 10) wirelessly and can print from the laptop. How do I resolve this issue?
