problem in Transcation replication with configure backup

while configuring transaction replication with backup i face this issue. i take a backup of my publisher and restore it in subscriber with recovery option. but after that what ever data i insert into publisher it did not replicate in subscriber. i opened replication monitor and got this error. please help me
