Admin locked out - authenticator not working

I am the only admin for my small business. I cannot get into MS Teams or my microsoft portal. I keep getting a prompt for a code in Authenticator but am receiving no code. No option for text or email. Cannot enter a ticket because I can't get into the portal.

I need to talk to a person who can fix this. Attempts to call in to the global assist numbers only get me into an automated loop.

Very frustrating...
