MFA Loop with Emails Held Hostage

I signed up for a business account a month ago and connected Outlook without any problems. I was able see my emails in the application and able to see them online. This past week when launching Outlook, I was asked to authenticate, but the authenticator now gives me a Sign-In error!! I've tried removing the account from the app and reloading the entire app, but to no avail. I can authenticate other business accounts in the same app, but not this particular business account. Unfortunately, I'm the admin so I'm run into the same authentication problem when I try to log into the account online to remove MFA.

What's changed and are my email being collected in the cloud waiting for download? Please help, I'm stuck in this MFA loop and can't get out!

I NEED HELP! I NEED TO TALK TO A PERSON ASAP TO MFA AN ACTUAL PERSON!!
