Coud you please tell us which version of OneDrive you used? Personal OneDrive or OneDrive for Business?
If it is OneDrive for Business, please contact your IT, IT needs to follow Marten Theunissen's steps to recover your account.
If it is personal OneDrive, have you not used your OneDrive account for two years?
- If yes, please refer to "Reopen your Microsoft account". If you haven't signed in to your account for more than two years, this account may have been deleted, you can no longer reopen the account.
- If not, you may refer to Recover your account. For further assistance, you can contact support by selecting the button in this article.
