Hi @mostafa ramadan,
Unfortunately, if a backup was not created there is no chance to recover a deleted resources in Azure. Azure does not provide a built-in mechanism to recover the deleted disk. Once a disk is deleted, it is typically considered permanently lost.
I recommend implementing a regular backup strategy moving forward to help safeguard your data against accidental deletions in the future.
