@Srinu Ganji (EXT/DIGITAL), Thanks for posting in Q&A.

From your description, I know you cannot enroll your laptop in Intune.

To better help with your issue, here is some information to confirm.

1.What kind of enrollment method did you use to enroll your device to Intune? Could you please share with us the error message? And how many devices were affected? Is there exist device restriction policy that may block device enrolling in Intune?

2.Ensure you have configured some settings in Intune to make sure the device can enroll in Intune.

    Hi, @Srinu Ganji (EXT/DIGITAL)

The error message means your account does not exist or the account is not a work or school account.

To enroll your devices in Intune, ensure the account was created in Intune portal or Microsoft Entra portal, only when the account is a work account and then it can be used to enroll in Intune, also, ensure the account was assigned Intune license and active.

Once above information is done, try to re-enroll in Intune. And after that check if the device record exists in Intune portal and if info button exists under the account, if yes, it means the device successfully enroll in Intune.
