Already tried to remove work profile and add it back, did not solve the issue.
Authenticator does not send notification
I have a new device and need to setup a workaccount I am using for accessing Virtual machines deployed here:
For that particular account which has domain ........ShefyAXOrg.onmicrosoft.com, the notification is not sent to the new device setup so I cannot login. It works fine for my microsoft.com account, I get the notification. I did not have this issue with the old device.
If I add manually this account with domain ..........onmicrosoft.com from the Authenticator, and sign in I get the following message "You cannot proceed right now
Your sign-in was successful but does not meet the criteria to add an account to the Microsoft Authenticator app. For example, you might be signing in from a location or device that is restricted by your admin. You may add an account to the app by scanning a QR Code provided to you by your admin."
The app does not provide a QR code anymore.
So I am not able to use the VMAs. I am not the admin for the device so cannot add the account with domain shefyaxorg.onmicrosoft.com
