Enable Microsoft.NetApp/ANFVolumeLanguage

Hello support,

I registered Azure feature "Microsoft.NetApp/ANFVolumeLanguage" in my account, but it is in the “pending” state for a long time. Could you please, suggest next steps to enable this feature required for my app.

If the feature is stuck in the "pending" state, you can try re-registering it:

az feature register --namespace Microsoft.NetApp --name ANFVolumeLanguage
