bigquery connector: Apache.Arrow.Adbc.Drivers.BigQuery, Version=0.15.0.0

Hi. I'm using bigquery connector and when testing i received output like Apache.Arrow.Adbc.Drivers.BigQuery, Version=0.15.0.0 is outdated. Where this package is to be installed? How to successfully test connection to bigquery?
