Unable to sign up for free trial for Entra ID P2

Dear team,

The phone number verification fails when signing up for free trial of Entra ID P2.

I confirm that this verification fails for 3 different phone numbers, and I confirm that my tenant is in the same region as phone number.

I have ALREADY read https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/alchemyinsights/smb/authentication-not-getting-a-code and confirm that it does not solve this.Screenshot 2025-03-26 at 7.28.04 PM

Please let me know which details are necessary for you to activate Entra ID Trial P2 or resolve the above issue.

    To address and resolve this issue, we contacted our support team and raised a ticket with the Azure Subscription/Account Review team.

    A support engineer from the Azure Subscription/Account Review team will unblock your phone number, allowing you to sign up for a Azure tenant to activate 1 month free trial of Microsoft Entra ID P2 Trial license without any phone validation error.
