Free/ Student Azure

I need to host a web app for my educational purpose research, The web app ( ASP.NetCore Mvc) with 8 videos and 140 mp3 files, designed and developed in interactive adaptive learning for smart learning, I cannot use another platform like Youtube for links or others similar solutions because of the nature of interactive adaptive learning of the web app.
I tried to subscribe at Azure as a student (researcher) to host the web app but after all steps and finishing it), told me that I am not eligible!!!! So tried for free trial but asked for (Visa Card) that its limited/ minimum amount is a great fortune for me that I do not possess, but I can put small amount of money as Azure ask for the hosting by prepaid card, but Azure refused prepaid card, insist on Visa card and it’s a fortune for me I cannot own it, please help me for a good solution to use Azure!
