Microsoft Authenticator Infinite Loop

Let me start this by saying I have multiple Microsoft Accounts (from personal to business). Somehow we were forced to enable MFA through the administrator side and even though it says MFA is turned off, we are still being asked to approve the sign-in through the Authenticator App.
The issue is that the Authenticator app is ALSO saying I need to approve the sign on in the app (but I'm already on the app). I am stuck in an infinite loop of it asking me to approve a sign in on my account in an app that I can't sign into without already being signed in!
Please help! I've looked everywhere and it looks like it's a big issue (it's all over Reddit) under stuck in authenticator loop.

I've tried everything, from deleting/resetting, uninstalling and even downloading the app in another phone to see if it works and nothing. I've told my employer to talk with Microsoft if they wanna me to answer my emails, because I've done everything I could possibly know and I still can't access my account. :/

2025-03-27T14:53:44.06+00:00 I'm so sorry you're dealing with this too! It's maddening because it seems like this is a huge issue but there are no attempts to resolve it! It's crazy for such a big product like Microsoft!
