Excel 2016 Time Stamp Issue

One of my W10 clients had the following issue/glitch with Excel 2016.
Excel wasn't responding so she performed an 'end task' & then launched Excel again & the recovery pane appeared with the worksheet she had open previously but that recovered file had a time stamp that was 20 minutes ahead of her computer time. She decided not to use the recovered file & just continued working on the previous version instead which has the correct date & time stamp. I can confirm the xlsm in question is located on a Windows file server which also has the correct date & time and that file is not shared on One Drive or elsewhere.

Has anyone else encounter this issue and if so, what actions did you take?

Thanks for the response.
To confirm, the time stamp of the recovered file is 25 minutes 'Ahead' of the computer time which is why I posted to this forum. Also, I can confirm 'Save AutoRecover Info' is set for 10 min and 'Keep last autorecovered version if I close without saving' is enabled but again, the recovered file time stamp is 25 minutes 'ahead' of the computer time which is the mystery.

The file does reside on a file server and I have also confirmed the file server time matches the computer time and the file is not shared by One Drive or any other platform.

    The file is accessed via a mapped drive.
    I am going to close this thread at this point.
    Thanks again...

    @wzk25

    > ··· but that recovered file had a time stamp that was 20 minutes ahead of her computer time.

    Is the time stamp 20 minutes earlier than the time of crash problem or 20 minutes earlier than the Windows time when user opened the recover file?

    It's recommended to go to Excel > File > Options > Save > check the time set for "Save AutoRecover information", there is this time interval, and it is not saved with changes.
    Please make sure the user ticked the box of "Keep the last AutoRecovered version if I close withou saving".
    If the user need to edit the file again, I also suggest going to AutoRecover file location before saving this file, check its timestamp of AutoRecover file.

    Besides, please confirm whether this .xlsm file is a shared workbook.
    Was anyone else editing this file at that time? If yes, maybe the timestamp was interfered with it.
