I don't suggest to you to use server 2016 because it is out of support . We can know it's life cycle is from Oct 15 2016 to Jan 11 2022. Even though you can purchase an extend support , but it is not worth it(now Is 2025 , if you want to use it now , you should buy all support during 2023-2025).
